4-H Clubs of Laramie County
4-H is an informal, practical, learning-by-doing educational program for youth. The purpose of 4-H is to help youth acquire knowledge, develop life skills, and form attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive members of society.
Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne
Today, the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne has 409 members and serves close to 2,000 boys and girls annually. Programs are offered at 1700 Snyder Avenue. Approximately 100 boys and girls are transported daily after school from nine elementary schools and three junior highs to the Snyder Avenue site.
Cheyenne Family YMCA
Recreation opportunities for all ages. Arts and humanities, including classes in guitar, clay, watercolor, dance, drama, writing and poetry workshops. Host monthly People First Meetings, Special Olympics events & receptions.
Cheyenne Parks & Recreation
The mission of the Parks and Recreation Department is to provide recreation activities, leisure services, facilities, and general amenities to the public in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Laramie County Library System
Services open to all children & adults, must be resident of Laramie County and obtain library card for book check out or have a valid card from another WY library.

Wyoming Family Literacy – Cheyenne
The mission of Wyoming Family Literacy is to help break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy by improving the educational opportunities of low-income families through the integration of the following four components into a unified family literacy program for parents and children, primarily from birth through age 7.We are successful in doing so by offering classes for Adult Basic Education/GED, English Learners, Parenting Enrichment/Transition, Parent and Child activities together and Early Childhood Education.
