Mission

The mission of the Laramie County Community Partnership (Partnership) is to maximize resources and influence change to improve conditions of well being for people in Laramie County.

Maximizing resources requires close communication between organizations and diligent assessment of existing services.  Our goal is to spread best practices throughout the public health and social services system, and encourage organizations to view one another not as competitors, but as partners with mutually benefiting strengths.

Influencing change means doing more than addressing social problems once they have reached crisis proportions.  It means addressing root causes at the source—so that healthy, stable and secure families become the norm, and will pass these hallmarks on to their children.

As we succeed, well being will become the natural outcome for many more Laramie County residents.  This is our collective passion, our mutual goal, and our vital mission.
